Isha Bidwaikar is research and editorial assistant at AuroBharati, Sri Aurobindo Society. She is an alumna of Sri Aurobindo International Centre of Education, Pondicherry. Her interest in Indian philosophy and Yoga led her to take up Yoga Science as a subject for masters from the university of Patanjali Haridwar.
